PURPOSE : Provided are a cookware tap that emits far infrared rays and anions, has sterilizing and anti-cancer actions, improves health, and prevents coating film deposited on the surface of a food container from peeling off.
CONSTITUTION : The method for manufacturing a cookware tap that emits far infrared rays and anions, comprises the steps of : (S100) mixing quartz porphyry 60-70wt%, feldspar 7-10wt%, silica stone 7-10wt%, aluminum oxide 10-12wt%, chromium oxide 0.1-0.5wt%, iron oxide 0.5-1.0wt%, titanium oxide 0.5-1.0wt%, monazite-based rare earth mineral 3-6wt%, and other materials containing a binder; (S200) putting the mixture into a melting furnace to be fired at 1100-1300deg.C, followed by quenching the fired mixture to be ground into powder(150-200mesh); (S300) pressing the ground mixture to fire a certain shape of tap; (S400) applying glaze onto the fired tap and sintering the glazed tap at 1100-1300deg.C for 1-6 hours; and (S500) cooling the sintered tap at a room temperature.
