PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a peeling resistance metal article which is coated including a thermal barrier coating and which shows a suitable peeling resistance, however giving a lower heat conductivity and to provide a peeling reduction method of a metal article.
SOLUTION : The peeling resistance metal article (10) has a metal substrate (11), at least one ceramic thermal barrier coating (15), and a ceramic joint coating (13) arranged between the metal substrate (11) and at least the one ceramic thermal barrier coating (15) on one of the surface of the metal substrate (11) at least, wherein the ceramic thermal barrier coating (15) is a zirconia group and includes at least one other element chosen from a group comprising La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Sc, In, Y, Mo, and C, a rare-earth oxide, scandium, and indium, and the ceramic joint coating (13) comprises an yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ).
