Internal part of case is separated by axis to front and rare walls. Driver also has edge caps and rotor with weights on tractions. Rotor is mounted between caps. Arcs of smaller radius circles and straight part form front wall. Rare wall is formed by arc of bigger radius circle. Centers of arcs of any circle are disposed on axis.
