Invention is used as the magnetic separator intended for highly qualitative automatic cleaning of directed flow of various loose granulated products from ferromagnetic impurities without shutting technological process. -Diffusion Aras cleaning efficiency of directional flow of loose products without shutting technological process by using movable parts of magnetic system and supply control board programmed timer. Achievement of aforementioned result is ensured due to the fact, that magnetic separator has housing, magnetic system in the form of rods, control panel and power supply source, the magnetic system is made of two parts, positioned in two levels above each other. Rods are made from cylindrical elements with permanent magnets from rare-earth metals, located in inner cavity of cylindrical element, in its turn rods are placed with the possibility of displacement with the help of pneumatic cylinders inside system of tubes. Tube are provided with guide for movable parts of magnetic system, mounted on separator case also in two levels. Body of the separator is provided splitter for supplied product, made in the form of set of plates of triangular profile, parallel to each other and located above upper level magnetic system. Body of the separator is equipped with side compartment for location of electropneumatic equipment and detachable casing for protection of movable part of the separator, control panel-programmed timer. |
