简介 PURPOSE : Provided is a method for producing oxide powder for dielectric, wherein the powder has a narrow particle size distribution, a large axial ratio(c/a), and a perovskite structure and thin MLCCs to increase capacities and to save production expenses. CONSTITUTION : The oxide powder has an ABO3 perovskite structure, wherein A is one, two or more selected from elements with valence 2 and rare earth elements, and B is Ti. The method for producing the oxide powder comprises the steps of : wet-mixing TiO2 raw material(provided that a specific surface area is above 3.0m^2/g and a particle size distribution is D99/D50<4.0) with less than 6.0mol% of a compound solution containing one, two or more A site elements to prepare TiO2 slurry; drying the TiO2 slurry and heat-treating the slurry at 250-600deg.C to apply the A site element containing oxide onto the surface of TiO2 particles; adding the A site element containing oxide to the coated TiO2 to have an A site element/Ti ratio of 0.995-1.010, followed by wet-mixing, drying, and crushing the mixture; and heat-treating the crushed powder at 700-1200deg.C. © KIPO 2006
