简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide the sliding structure and the production method capable of improving the abrasion resistance of the sliding faces that contact each other. SOLUTION : The sliding structure 1 is equipped with at least two sliding members 3, 5 with the sliding face that contacts each other. The two opposed sliding faces are formed on the thickness of coating layer 7, 9 (its average thickness is desirably in the range of 5 to 50μm) including the magnetic material 11, 13 (desirably ferrite or rare earth) that consists of a matrix 12, 14 dispersively. An opposed faces 15, 17 of those coating layers are the same magnetic polar (desirably N pole) each other. A mutual contact pressure is reduced with the repulsive power through the means that the surface is the same polar, which can improve the resistance friction performance. The matrix includes desirably more abrasion resistant reinforcement (hard particle and/or hard fiber).
