PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a corrosive resistant rare-earth group permanent magnet, where a thin film for exhibiting very excellent corrosive resistant and having excellent slidability and wearproof performance or the like is provided on the surface, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.
SOLUTION : On the surface of the corrosive resistant rare-earth group permanent magnet, a hydrogen containing amorphous carbon film is provided directly or via a background coating film. The manufacturing method of the corrosive resistant rare-earth group permanent magnet forms the hydrogen containing amorphous carbon film on the surface of the magnet directly or after forming the background coating film on the surface by the CVD method. |
