PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a sheet-shaped bond magnet and its manufacturing method wherein it is excellent in a flexibility as well as an elasticity, and even if it is applied to a medical product coating cloths or human bodies, there are no problems such as shedding of magnetic powder particles or an occurrence of rust due to sweat, and also the applied cloths or medical products can be worn or coated without incompatibility.
SOLUTION : The sheet-shaped bond magnet contains at least a rare earth magnet powder and a flexible resin binder. The rare earth magnet powder is a nano-composite magnet powder has at least one kind of hard magnetic phase and at least one kind of soft magnetic phase in a same metal structure, and a mean particle size is 20 μm to 150 μm and a ratio of a size to a short axis direction of individual particles to a size to a long axis direction thereof is 0.5 to 1.0. The magnet contains the rare earth magnet powder at weight ratio of 50% or more, and, even if a 180° adhesion bending test prescribed in the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS)Z 2248 is tried, no cracks or scratches substantially occur in a bending part. |
