PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an inexpensive developing roller of high accuracy by preventing the overflow of an adhesive during fixing of a rare earth magnet block in a manufacturing process of the developing roller and its manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus.
SOLUTION : At the time of fitting the plastic magnet and the rare earth magnet block to each other and bonding and fixing both, the rare earth magnet block is formed into a trapezoidal shape and therefore the adhesive accumulates into the spacing between the rare earth magnet block and the perpendicular face of a groove and the overflow of the adhesive can be prevented. Further, the overflow prevention is made surer by supplying air blow between the plastic magnet and the groove wall. |
