PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a nitrogen oxide cleaning catalyst capable of performing reduction denitration of nitrogen oxide with high efficiency, a nitrogen oxide cleaning method using the catalyst and a nitrogen oxide cleaning device provided with the catalyst.
SOLUTION : The nitrogen oxide cleaning catalyst contains, as an active ingredient, at least titania-zirconia type multicomponent oxide; and a rare earth metal or any one metal selected from titanium, iron, zirconium, niobium, technetium, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, silver, hafnium, tantalum, rhenium, osmium, iridium, platinum and gold. Further, the catalyst contains, as an active ingredient, at least tungsten oxide-zirconia type multicomponent oxide; and a rare earth metal or any one metal selected from iron, zirconium, technetium, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, silver, hafnium, tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium, iridium, platinum and gold. |
