SOLUTION : A material composed of a rare earth element oxide developing different colors under ultraviolet rays, infrared rays and visible light is used as the authenticity/forgery distinguishing information recording medium. A block-shaped monocrystal composed of the material or a powder layer composed of a powder material is arranged in the information recording medium with an information recording part. |
