PURPOSE : A plasma display panel using a mixed green phosphor is provided to elongate lifetime of the panel by using the phosphor made of mixing rare earth metals in a predetermined ratio. CONSTITUTION : A plasma display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate(110), and a green phosphor(111B). The second substrate is arranged to be apart from the first substrate by barrier ribs formed with a constant distance between them. The green phosphor includes red, blue, (Mg1-xMnx)Al2O4 : Eu2+ phosphor, and ReBO3 : Tb3+ phosphor which are mixed in a predetermined ratio. The phosphors have the same surface conductivity. The first substrate includes a bus electrode, a dielectric layer(114), and a protective layer. The bus electrode includes sustain and bus electrodes. The dielectric layer is formed on the sustain electrode. The protective layer is formed on the dielectric layer. © KIPO 2006 |
