PURPOSE : A semiconductor inductor is provided to increase integration of circuit by obtaining a sufficient inductance with a small area and simply change the circuit arrangement by realizing various inductors by controlling a size of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in a center of inductors having a same size and a same shape. CONSTITUTION : A semiconductor inductor includes a perpendicular magnetic anisotropy material layer(21) consisting of a rare-earth material such as Co/Pd, Co/Pt or Ni/Pt in a central part, a conductive line(22) spirally repeated n times with relation to the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy material layer, and an input terminal(23) and an output terminal(24) formed at both sides of the conductive line. The input terminal is connected to an innermost end part of the conductive line with relation to the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy material and the output terminal is connected to an outermost end part of the conductive line, so that the input and output terminals are symmetrically formed facing each other. |
