PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method and a device for magnetizing a compound magnet for a magnet roll usually used for a permanent magnet as a magnetic field generating source and a conventionally used electromagnet or the like, capable of sufficiently magnetizing a compound magnet body including rare earth series magnetic powder relatively simply and inexpensively.
SOLUTION : A method for forming a magnetic pole on the circumference surface of a magnet body 30 comprising a mix of magnetic powder and a binder, and having a cross section of an approximately fan-like shape comprises steps of using first and second magnetic field generating sources 10, 20 for generating magnetic poles opposed and different each other, adding a small magnetizing yoke 11 having an approximately trapezoid shape and a width opposed to the circumference surface smaller than the width of the circumference to the first magnetic field generating source 10, and arranging or passing the magnetic body 30 between the yoke 11 and the second magnetic field generating source 20. |
