PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To decrease the magnetic flux density of a rotor yoke without using a thick steel plate.
SOLUTION : This brushless motor for a washing machine or washing and drying machine includes a stator yoke, the rotor yoke, an arcuate segment magnet which is composed of a rare earth and disposed on an outer periphery of the rotor yoke, and a resin layer for holding and bonding which is composed of a synthetic resin and integrally molding the rotor yoke and the segment magnet. An axial length of cylindrical portion of the rotor yoke is longer than an axial length of the segment magnet. |
