PURPOSE : To provide an apparatus and a method, for manufacturing sand for building by crushing and pulverizing rock, capable of producing sand similar to natural sand by supplementing merits of dry treatment and wet treatment and obtaining the optimum production efficiency according to the condition of sand discharged by separately installing a wet treatment part and a dry treatment part.
CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for manufacturing sand for building by crushing and pulverizing rock comprises : a first crushing part comprising plural hoppers(110) where a raw material rock is injected, a feeder(120a) connected to one side of the hoppers to primarily sort earth powder from the rock, a first crusher(130), and a first screen(140a) for sorting raw material passing through the crusher; a second crushing part comprising plural second feeders(120b) for feeding the raw material injected from the first screen, a second crusher(150) for crushing the raw material fed from the second feeders again, and a second screen(140b) for sorting the raw material passing through the second crusher; a dry crushing part comprising a sorting part(230) consisting of a hopper(210) and plural screens, and a cone crusher(220) connected to the second screen to crush the raw material sorted in the second screen again while crushing grains having a grain size of 6 mm or more sorted in the sorting part again; and a wet crushing part which is divided into a first wet crushing part(250) and a second wet crushing part(270) selectively operated. The wet crushing part is installed to make the raw material supplied selectively by a second branched unit.
