PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composition for a resin bonded magnet which has high fusion flowability and excellent moldability and the resin bonded type magnet which has superior mechanical strength.
SOLUTION : The composition for the resin bonded magnet is obtained by mixing rare-earth/transition metal-based magnetic powder (A) with a resin binder (B), and dispersing it. In the composition for the resin bonded magnet, the resin binder (B) consists of a polyamide resin mixture of 6/12 copolymerized nylon of 10, 000 to 30, 000 in number-averaged molecular weight and 12 nylon of 1, 000 to 10, 000 in number-averaged molecular weight, and the polyamide resin mixture has a 165 to 178°C fusion point. |
