PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a permanent magnet motor which enables further reduction in size and cost and high performance, and an actuator and magnetic encoder using it, by adopting a low-cost permanent magnet which has strong magnetic force, does not vary in magnetic flux, even if it is magnetized in multiple poles. SOLUTION : A bonded magnet obtained by binding together rare earth-iron nitrogen magnet powder and ferrite magnet powder, which is not more than 10 μm in grain size, by resin and magnetizing the workpiece in multiple poles, is used for a permanent magnet motor, a movable portion or fixed portion of an actuator provided with a permanent magnet, or the magnetic scale of a magnetic encoder provided with the magnetic scale and a magnetisum detecting element. |
