PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a blue light-emitting fluorescent film maintaining luminance saturation characteristics, high resolution characteristics and high luminance under excitation at a high current density and improving the luminance deterioration characteristics by irradiation of electron beams.
SOLUTION : The blue light-emitting fluorescent film comprises a first phosphor composed of a ZnS phosphor and a second phosphor composed of a Tb-activated rare earth oxysulfide phosphor. The second phosphor contains a compound represented by chemical formula Ln2O2S : Tb (1) (wherein, Ln is at least partially Lu and may contain an element selected from Sc, Y and Gd). |
