PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare-earth magnet exhibiting a high residual flux density and a high coercive force capable of being sufficiently used at high temperature and a magnetic circuit using the magnet.
SOLUTION : It is an essential point that the magnet has at least one kind of a rare-earth element, at least one of cobalt or iron and a ferromagnetic fluorine compound. Where the ferromagnetic fluorine compound represents an alloy with the rare-earth element, iron or cobalt and a compound exhibiting a ferromagnetism at room temperature (approximately 20°C). Since a magnetic modification temperature is changed by the increase of a magnetocrystalline anisotropy in the presence of the fluorine, the temperature dependencies of a magnetization, the coercive force and an anisotropic magnetic field are improved. |
