PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a plastic magnet having stable and high magnetic characteristics, high moldability and high compact density.
SOLUTION : A combined body consisting of melted resin obtained by heating at least one or more sorts of resin powder, e.g. polyamide of low hygroscopicity, polyester of low hygroscopicity and polyphenylene sulfide, and at least one sort or more of magnetic powder, e.g. ferrite and rare earth-iron group magnetic powder, is formed, and a plastic magnet is manufactured by solidifying the combined bodies in a die. After forming the combined bodies, the combined bodies are directly injected into the die and the average molecular weight of several solid materials of the melted resin is 2, 000 or more and less than 6, 000. |
