| 简介 | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet with high performance and a microminiature motor. SOLUTION : By diffusing rare earth metal into a magnet surface deterioratedly damaged by machining of the rare earth metal, the magnet surface is reformed. Using the reformed magnet, the motor is manufactured by setting a permeance coefficient (an operating point) to ≥1, specific surface area (surface area/volume) to ≥4 mm-1, and the volume of the magnet to ≤10 mm3. | ||
