PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a tool for heat treatment with which gas exhausted from a molding can quickly removed and dense sintered compact can be produced.
SOLUTION : This tool for heat treatment is the tool for laying the molding formed of raw material alloy powder containing rare earth metal elements and transition metal elements at the heat treatment time. A V-shaped cross sectional groove part for positioning the molding, is formed on the laying surface of the molding, and an escaping groove enlarging the cross sectional area of the groove part, is formed along the bottom part of the groove part. An angle (angle of the V groove) formed by the inner wall surfaces of the groove part is about 90° and for example, this tool is suitably applied to the sintering of magnetostrictive material. |
