PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a low cost rotary motor rotor having a high magnetic characteristic.
SOLUTION : The bond magnet comprises a mixture of a magnetic powder comprising a rare earth magnet or a ferrite magnet and a resin, and a foaming agent is added to the resin. A method for manufacturing the bond magnet comprises a first step of mixing the resin to the magnetic powder comprising a rare earth magnet or a ferrite magnet, and a second step of molding the mixture into a predetermined shape. The foaming agent is added to the resin in the first step, and a compression molding is conducted while a magnetic field orientation is conducted in the second step. The resin may be either of an epoxy resin, a nylon resin, or a phenol resin. A dicarboxylicamide, N, N-dinitrosobenta methylene tetramine, 4, 4-oxybisu. sodium acid carbonate or the like is used as the foaming agent. |
