SOLUTION : The intermediate body of a fuel electrode supporting film type fuel cell is composed of a non-sintered fuel electrode plate 11 (containing zirconia stabilized by nickel oxide and rare earth element.), and a non-sintered solid electrolyte layer 12 (composed of zirconia stabilized by rare earth element or the like.) laminated on the non-sintered fuel electrode plate 11. One surface of the non-sintered fuel electrode plate 11 is formed in a state of contacting a supporting member, and the other surface thereof is formed in a state of contacting a gaseous atmosphere, and a non-sintered solid electrolyte layer 12 is arranged on the other surface. At the manufacturing method of the solid electrolyte fuel cell, the non-sintered fuel electrode plate 11 and the non-sintered solid electrolyte layer 12 are simultaneously sintered, afterwards, an air electrode layer is formed by sintering a non-sintered air electrode layer with a temperature lower than that at the simultaneous sintering.
