PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To suppress the contamination of a magnet formed body caused by impurity gas.
SOLUTION : The storage structure for sintering is used at the time when magnet formed bodies comprising rare earth elements are stored at the inside so as to be sintered. The magnet formed bodies are covered with metal foil. Alternatively, the storage structure is provided with a bottom face and side walls surrounding the peripheral of the bottom face, a box-shaped vessel body whose upper face is made into an opening part is provided, and the opening part is covered with metal foil. The inside of the vessel body may store magnet formed bodies covered with metal foil. |
