PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide permanent magnetic powder for easily generating a ThMn12 phase even at the time of using Nd as rear earth elements, and to provide a method for manufacturing the permanent magnetic powder.
SOLUTION : This permanent magnetic powder is constituted of a general formula R(Fe100-y-wCowTiy)xSizAv(R is one or two types or more of rear earth elements, and its 50 mol% or more is Nd, and A is one or two types of N and C), wherein the mol rate of the general formula is x=10 to 12.5, y=(8.3-1.7×z) to 12, z=0.2 to 2, v=0.1 to 3, and w=0 to 30. In this case, the permanent magnetic powder is characterized by having composition satisfying (Fe+Co+Ti+Si)/R>12, and consisting of the group of particles whose mean crystal particle diameter is 200nm or less. |
