PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a coil former for air-core coils that is excellent in weld and formability, and product performance without lack of weld and adhesion and a rare short defect among self-welding insulating straight-angle electric wires.
SOLUTION : This has a winding core 2, a fixed side wall 3 fixed to one edge of the winding core 2, a sliding side wall 4 that is inserted into the winding core in a insertable/removable way such that the winding core 2 can be freely slid, a coil former 1 having a heatproof plate 5 arranged in the inner part of the fixed side wall 3 and the sliding side wall 4 to which a self-welding insulating straight-angle electric wire 11 wound around the winding core 2 contacts in a pinpointed way, a press device 25 pressing the sliding side wall 4, a conductive terminal 26 for electricity conducting and heating the self-welding insulating straight-angle electric wire 11, and a electricity conducting and heating power 27. |
