PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition capable of increasing dielectric constant and having an excellent temperature stability from a low temperature to a high temperature and an excellent reliability, and to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor using the composition.
SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramic composition contains at least 0.1-2.5 mol magnesium expressed in terms of MgO, 0.5-5 mol rare earth metal A expressed in terms of oxide and 0.5-5 mol rare earth metal B expressed in terms of oxide as assistant components per 100 mol barium titanate as an essential component, wherein the ratio of magnesium to the rare earth metal A and the rare earth metal B is 0.1-2.0 (where rare earth metal A≤rare earth metal B). |
