PURPOSE : Provided is a method for making an expandable light-weight aerated concrete, which uses a powdery expanding agent to control the expansion ratio and to seal cavity tightly, and reutilizes waste cake-like screened earth to reduce the cost and to prevent environmental pollutions. CONSTITUTION : The method for making an expandable light-weight aerated concrete comprises adding a powdery expanding agent to a light-weight aerated concrete filler of a pre-aeration type, so that the post-aeration by the expanding agent compensates for the volume reduction and the concrete is further expanded to 0-10% of the original volume thereof. Particularly, the method comprises the steps of adding 0-0.05 wt% of a powdery expanding agent to 5-40 wt% of cake-like screened earth, 35-65 wt% of cement and 25-35 wt% of water, and aerating and foaming them in a foaming device. |
