PURPOSE : Provided are a method for recycling wasted concrete and an apparatus therefor to reduce an amount of waste by recycling the wasted concrete and prevent environment from being contaminated. CONSTITUTION : The recycling apparatus includes : a support hopper(10) to insert a wasted concrete mixed with metal or earth; a first grinder(20) to shatter the wasted concrete by a predetermined size; a first magnet discriminator(30) to discriminate metal from the shattered concrete; a first vibration screen(40) to divide the wasted concrete into earth and the wasted concrete by vibrating it up/down and left/right; a classifying device(50) to select sludge from the wasted concrete passed through the first vibration screen(40); a second grinder(50) to shatter the first shattered concrete by a size smaller than the first shattered size; a second magnet discriminator(70) to discriminate metal secondly; a second vibration screen to divide concrete from earth; a combining machine to generate a new wasted concrete by mixing the discriminated concrete with asphalt; a conveyer belt(120) that is installed between each device aforementioned to take wasted concrete discharged from each device to another devices; and a center controller to control operations of each device. |
