SOLUTION : In the method for manufacturing the Faraday rotator, including steps to vapor deposit the rare-earth iron garnet film, to mirror finish the rare-earth iron garnet film and to dice it, the rare-earth iron garnet film is etched, after mirror-finishing or after dicing. |
