PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To effectively utilize laser light which is not converted in a wavelength conversion processing process.
SOLUTION : Laser light of a required 1st wavelength band is supplied as excitation light to an up-conversion fiber laser generation means 104 arranging resonance mirrors 110, 111 for resonating with a required 2nd wavelength band on both ends and constituted of ZBLAN fibers 109 in which rare earth ions are added to respective cores and laser light of the 2nd wavelength band is allowed to excite and outputted to supply the laser light to a laser light utilization device. An output from a laser light source 102 of the 1st wavelength band is synthesized with the laser light of the 1st wavelength which is not converted in the up-conversion fiber laser generation means 104, and the synthesized laser light is supplied to the laser utilization device. |
