PURPOSE : A sludge dehydrator for tire washer is provided to dehydrate foreign materials such as earth and sand inside tire washer water tank and settled sludge containing water, recirculate the dehydrated water to tire washer water tank by free fall and easily treat the dehydrated foreign materials such as earth and sand. CONSTITUTION : The sludge dehydrator for tire washer comprises a sludge dehydration tank (B4) comprising a membrane formed in a non-woven fabric or mat for civil engineering works capable of accumulating the discharged foreign materials such as earth and sand and settled sludge containing water when discharging foreign materials such as earth and sand and settled sludge containing water that are settled on the bottom of tire washer water tank (C1) of a tire washer currently used through automatic discharge unit (C2) and discharge port (C3); a membrane (B5) formed in a non-woven fabric or mat for civil engineering works for accumulating the foreign materials such as earth and sand in the foreign materials such as earth and sand and settled sludge containing water and filtering water in the foreign materials such as earth and sand and settled sludge containing water by free fall; a porous perforated pipe (B1) covered with the membrane (B5) formed in a non-woven fabric or mat for civil engineering works through which the filtered water passes; a separation wall body (B2) for separating the sludge dehydration tank (B4) from the catchment tank (B3); a catchment tank (B3) for collecting water passing through pores of the perforated pipe (B1) as the settled sludge is being dehydrated; and a pipe (A8) through which the water collected in the catchment tank (B3) passes to be recirculated to the tire washer water tank (C1) by free fall. |
