PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an oil-polluted soil treatment method capable of efficiently removing an oil component from oil-polluted soil with high precision, and an oil-polluted soil treatment system.
SOLUTION : The oil-polluted soil treatment system is equipped with a hopper 321 for receiving oil-polluted earth and sand, an oil adsorbent feeder 322 for feeding an oil adsorbent, a mixer 312 for stirring and mixing the earth and sand received in the hopper 321 along with the oil adsorbent fed from the oil adsorbent feeder 322 to bond the oil component in the earth and sand by the oil adsorbent, a washing liquid supply part 18 for supplying a washing liquid, and a washing treatment device 15 for stirring the earth and sand mixed with the oil adsorbent in the washing liquid supplied from the washing liquid supply part 18 and separating the oil component bonded to the oil adsorbent from the earth and sand to float the same in the washing liquid. |
