PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To emit lights having various tones of color, including white with high efficiency and in high color rendering, by using an ultraviolet LED chip in a light-emitting device and a producing device which uses the light-emitting device.
SOLUTION : The light-emitting device 1 has the ultraviolet LED chip 3, a mounting substrate 2 on which the chip 3 is mounted, and a light-color conversion member 4 installed on the substrate 2 in the light projection direction of the chip 3. The light-color conversion member 4 contains a metallic aluminate phosphor shown by MmLnAlxOy when an alkali earth metal is represented by M and a rare earth metal by L. One among (x and y)=(1 and 5), (2 and 4), (3 and 7) or (12 and 19) is used, and the relation m+n=1 is satisfied, in the metal aluminate phosphor shown by MmLnAlxOy contained in the light-color conversion member 4. Such a metallic aluminate phosphor is excited with the high efficiency, by ultraviolet rays and radiates a light having a wavelength different from ultraviolet rays with high efficiency. |
