简介 PURPOSE : To provide a process for environment friendly treating waste automobile into resources such that waste is not generated at all by passing waste automobile through a screen separator, a crusher, a wind force separator, a compression solidification apparatus, a magnetic force separator, a vortex separator, a chlorine recovery apparatus, a pyrolysis apparatus and a pyrolysis melting apparatus. CONSTITUTION : A method for environment friendly treating waste automobile into resources comprises : a step of removing glass and earth and sand by passing automobile waste generated from waste automobile through a screen separator; a PVC separation step of separating PVC from the automobile waste to restrain production of dioxin during the heat treatment process; a step of crushing the automobile waste into pieces having size of 50 to 100 mm in a crusher; a step of separating light styrofoam and fibers from the crushed automobile waste by a wind force separator; a step of ferrous metal from the crushed automobile waste by a magnetic force separator; a step of separating nonferrous metals such as zinc, lead and copper from the crushed automobile waste by a vortex separator; a step of crushing the ferrous and nonferrous metal separated waste into pieces having size of 5 to 10 mm; a step of recovering CaCl2 or NaCl from chlorine existing in waste injected into a reactor having a temperature of 160 to 300 deg.C by using a chlorine recovery apparatus to reuse the recovered CaCl2 or NaCl; a step of producing a molten slag by melting glass and earth and sand separated from the screen separator and residues generated from the reactor; and a step of fabricating recycled articles including recycled plastics, parts, aggregates, bricks, pavement blocks and packing materials using the molten slag and organic melt generated from the reactor. © KIPO 2006
