简介 PURPOSE : To provide a food waste treatment method for separating solids and water from filtrate generated from food waste before drying and incineration by a decanter and performing biological treatment and membrane process on treated filtrate such that finally treated filtrate is discharged. CONSTITUTION : A food waste filtrate treatment method is characterized in that filtrate separated from food waste is stored in a catchment tank(1), filtrate is transferred to a decanter(2) through a supply pump installed in the catchment tank, coagulant stored in a decanter chemical storage tank(21) is supplied to the decanter by a decanter chemical supply pump(22), the coagulated solids are separated from the filtrate by the centrifugal force after solids contained in filtrate are coagulated by coagulant, the separated solids are transferred to a dryer to be treated, and the filtrate is transferred to a pressurization floating tank, compressed air is blown into the pressurization floating tank to remove solids along with air bubble, removed solids are transferred to the catchment tank, treated filtrate is transferred to an anoxic tank(4), high concentration organic matter is degraded in the anoxic tank by anaerobic microorganisms, treated filtrate is transferred to an aeration tank(5), high concentration organic matter is degraded by aerobic microorganisms in the aeration tank by aerobic microorganisms, treated filtrate is transferred to a sedimentation tank(6) such that sludge obtained by separating and precipitating solids in the filtrate in the sedimentation tank by gravity precipitation is transferred to a belt press(10) by a sludge transfer pump(20), the belt press discharges sludge coagulated by coagulant to the outside and sends treated filtrate to the catchment tank after receiving coagulant stored in a belt press chemical storage tank(18) by a belt press chemical supply pump(19), supernatant treated filtrate separated in the sedimentation tank is sent to a flow equalizer(7) for controlling flux of filtrate supplied by ultrafiltration membrane supply pump(15), filtrate supplied by the ultrafiltration membrane supply pump flows into a diatomaceous earth precoated filter, the diatomaceous earth precoated filter removes fine solids and fatty components contained in filtrate by coating diatomaceous earth on filter element, treated filtrate is transferred to a ultrafiltration membrane(9) for removing ultra-fine particulate matters and organic matter having high molecular weight, separated concentrated water is sent to a dryer to be dried, treated water is transferred to a reverse osmosis flow equalizer(11) for controlling flux of treated filtrate supplied by a reverse osmosis membrane supply pump(16), treated filtrate supplied by the reverse osmosis membrane supply pump is transferred to a microfilter(13) for removing solids, treated filtrate is transferred to a second reverse osmosis membrane(12) by a reverse osmosis membrane pressurization pump(17), treated water is discharged to the outside through a discharge tank, and concentrated water separated in the second reverse osmosis membrane is transferred to the dryer to be dried. © KIPO 2006
