PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare-earth injection molded bond magnet that is superior in rust proofness to salt water by applying a synthetic rubber film on its surface, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION : The rare-earth injection molded bond magnet contains magnetic powder (A) and a thermoplastic resin binder (B), and is provided with a synthetic rubber film (C) of 2-20 μm in thickness. A compound containing the magnetic powder (A) and the thermoplastic resin binder (B) is molded into a rare-earth injection molded bond magnet, and then immersed in a synthetic rubber coating agent, or coated by spraying a coating agent, spin coating or brushing. Then, a solvent is made to evaporate, thereby forming the synthetic resin rubber film on the surface of the rare-earth injection molded bond magnet. |
