PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a torque motor for a positioner which prevents drifts affected by the magnetism of magnets and iron members used in the torque motor.
SOLUTION : This torque motor comprises : a coil (4), through which an armature (6) passes in a movable manner; a roughly U-shaped yoke (5) having a pair of leg portions (501) mounted at a position, in such a way as to sandwich the end of the armature (6) at the opposite end of the fulcrum position of the armature (6) in the coil (4); rare earth magnets (14) attached to the end surfaces of the yoke (5) so as to be arranged in series of NS/NS; and side plates (15) formed into substantially L shape and arranged at the outer periphery side of the coil (4), in such a way that facing magnet side end portions mounted become coaxial with the magnetic lines of force of the magnets (14) are positioned at substantially right angles with respect to the fulcrum point of the armature (6). This structure forms a closed circuit of magnetism and enables prevention of the leakage of magnetism. |
