简介 PURPOSE : To provide a core-shell type nano sol in which light activating ions are uniformly dispersed on an inorganic oxide core and coordinated with the inorganic oxide core to increase light emission efficiency by minimizing aggregation phenomenon of the light activating ions, and which is capable of forming a coating film of 5 μm or more by one coating, and method for preparing the core-shell type nano sol. CONSTITUTION : A core-shell type nano sol comprises an inorganic oxide core with which rare earth based light activating ions are coordinated; and an organic shell of hydrolyzed alkylsilane compound formed on the surface of the core, wherein the alkylsilane compound is selected from alkylsilane compounds having photo-curable organic functional groups and thermosetting functional groups, wherein the alkylsilane compound is selected from [3-(methacryloxy)propyl]trimethoxysilane, 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane and aryltrimethoxysilane, wherein the inorganic oxide is an oxide of inorganic metal selected from zirconium(Zr), titanium(Ti), tin(Sn) and zinc(Zn), wherein the rare earth based light activating ions are selected from lanthanide ions including erbium(Er), neodymium(Nd) and praseodymium(Pr), and wherein the light activating ions are contained in the core-shell type nano sol in a content of 0.1 to 5 wt.% of the total solid weight of the core-shell type nano sol prepared. A method for preparing the core-shell type nano sol comprises : a process of preparing a hydrolyzed alkylsilane compound by hydrolyzing an alkylsilane compound; a process of mixing an inorganic metal salt and rare earth light activating ions with the hydrolyzed alkylsilane compound; a process of proceeding a sol-gel reaction to form core-shell type nanoparticles by adding alkali hydroxide to the mixed solution, thereby controlling pH of the mixed solution to 6 to 8; and a process of separating the formed nanoparticles from reaction byproducts using polar and nonpolar solvents. © KIPO 2006
