简介 PURPOSE : Provided are a nanohybrid coating composition capable of forming a coating film with a uniform thickness, which has excellent luminescent efficiency and easiness in photo-patterning, and a method for the production thereof. CONSTITUTION : The nanohybrid coating composition comprises (a) a nanosol with a core-cell like structure formed of an inorganic oxide core in which a rare earth photoactive ion is coordinated and an organic cell of hydrolyzed alkyl silane compound on the core; (b) a silane-based compound for eliminating a hydroxyl group from the core-cell like nanosol; and (c) a photocurable oligomer substituted by a fluorine. The nanohybrid coating film is produced by the method comprising the processes of : applying the nanohybrid coating composition onto a film, followed by the first heat treatment of 80-120 deg.C for 10-60 min, the photocuring treatment of ultraviolet rays for 1-5min, and the second heat treatment of 130-170 deg.C for 1-5 hours. © KIPO 2006
