PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an authenticity judging method with identification marks, the forgery of which is more harder than the conventional one, its judging system and a label and a transfer foil for forming these identification marks.
SOLUTION : This identification mark has a fluorescent layer including an optically active rare earth complex having a ligand with diastereoselectivity. Due to the discharging of circularly polarized light in a specified wavelength region from the fluorescent layer including the optically active rare earth complex, the authenticity judgement of the identification mark can be possible through the measurement of the difference between the strength of right-handed circularly polarized light and that of left-handed one or of the g value. Further, the identification mark can be formed on various articles by means of the labels and the transfer foils. |
