PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a printing ink for actualizing a concealing printing which is difficult to counterfeit and to provide a printed matter which has a printed layer of the above printing ink.
SOLUTION : The printing ink containing an optically active rare-earth complex is characterized in that the above optically active rare-earth complex contains a phosphine oxide ligand expressed by a specific chemical formula. The fluorescence in the region of a specific wavelength from a printed layer of the above printing ink having a circular polarizability, the genuineness decision for a corrupted printing can be practiced by measuring the difference between the intensities of the right-handed circularly polarized light and that of the left-handed circularly polarized light, or measuring a g-value. |
