简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing LaFe13-based alloy material with a higher efficiency than that of the prior art. SOLUTION : A rapid-cooled alloy manufacturing method includes the steps of : preparing molten raw alloy having a predetermined composition; and forming rapid-cooled alloy having a composition expressed by the compositional formula of Fe100-a-b-cREaAbTMc (wherein : RE is selected from a group consisting of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm and at least one kind of rare earth elements containing, by atom, ≥90 at.% La; A stands for Si and TM stands for Co; and 5 at.%≤a≤10 at.%, 4.7 at.%≤b≤18 at.%, and 0 at.%≤c≤9 at.%).
