SOLUTION : Regarding the nonoriented silicon steel sheet having excellent magnetic properties and blanking workability, in steel having a composition comprising, by mass, ≤0.01% C, 0.1 to 3.0% Si, 0.1 to 1.5% Mn, ≤0.15% P, ≤0.005% S, 0.4 to 3.5% Al and ≤0.005% T.N, and, if required, comprising prescribed amounts of Sn, Cu, Ca and rare earth metals, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurity elements, Vickers hardness Hv is ≤200, and the value of a work hardening factor n is ≤0.25. |
