简介 PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing high coercive micro-structured powder for bonded magnets, and the magnet powder are provided to reduce a recycling cost of waste magnets by using high coercivity of the micro-structured powder. CONSTITUTION : An R-Fe-B group anisotropy permanent magnet powder is manufactured by following steps. In a first step, R-Fe-B group anisotropy sintered magnet or a scrap thereof is ground by a mechanical member or by a hydrogen process, such that powder with an average powder size of 50 to 500 μm is obtained. In a second step, the ground R-Fe-B group anisotropy permanent magnet powder is mixed with a fluoro rare earth(RF3) compound powder at a mixing ratio of 1 to 10wt%. The fluoro rare earth(RF3) compound powder has a size between 0.1 and 50μm. In a third step, a thermal treatment is performed on the mixed powder at a temperature between 500 and 1100 degrees at a vacuum or an inertial gas atmosphere. © KIPO 2006
