PURPOSE : A re-blending device and method of blending reclaimer is provided to conveniently control re-blending work and to exactly operate scheduling by automatically processing data. CONSTITUTION : A re-blending device of blending reclaimer comprises a blending reclaimer moved on a rail; an operating chamber(5-4) formed on an end portion of the rail; a horizontal detecting sensor(5-1) installed around the operating chamber; a harrow spike(5-3) arranged on the reclaimer; plural ultrasonic detectors(21, 22, 23, 24) mounted on a rear plate of the harrow spike; a constant feeder weighter inserted to a reserving tub; a loader mounted on a blending yard; and a re-blending window screen changed into a yellow color by receiving a signal form the ultrasonic detector. A bracket set(5-2) supplying plural pulses by being communicated with the ultrasonic detector. Thereby, the re-blending device of the blending reclaimer conveniently controls re-blending work. Moreover, the re-blending device of the blending reclaimer exactly operates scheduling by automatically processing data. |
