A foam-producing device for a swimming pool with a housing fixed to the bottom of the swimming pool appears. The cylindrical housing (1) of the foam-producing device is united to a purification conduit (6) and has united a surrounding necklace (3) to the area of the bottom, that is used like anchor. The area of the bottom of the housing (1) can be placed in center or in the borders (8) of the swimming pool (12) and cover partially with earth or songs rollings.
