PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a flexible sheet capable of preventing reduction of durability and occurrence of failure due to rusting and detachment caused by a metal powder, and to produce the sheet at a low cost.
SOLUTION : The flexible sheet 10 is produced by subjecting a mixed material to compression molding with a press, wherein the mixed material is prepared by mixing a rubber material and rare earth magnetic powder in a required proportion. The proportion of the rubber material dispersed in outer layers 12, 12 of the flexible sheet 10 is high, and the proportion of the rare earth magnetic powder dispersed in an inner layer of the sheet 10 is high. That is, the amount of the rare earth magnetic powder exposed to the outer surface of the flexible sheet 10 is little, so that rusting caused by rare earth magnetic powder can be suppressed, and reduction of durability due to detachment of the magnetic powder can also be suppressed. |
